Ezechiel 14:8

SV	En Ik zal Mijn aangezicht tegen dienzelven man zetten, en zal hem stellen tot een teken en tot spreekwoorden, en zal hem uitroeien uit het midden Mijns volks; en gijlieden zult weten, dat Ik de HEERE ben.
WLC	וְנָתַתִּ֨י פָנַ֜י בָּאִ֣ישׁ הַה֗וּא וַהֲשִֽׂמֹתִ֙יהוּ֙ לְאֹ֣ות וְלִמְשָׁלִ֔ים וְהִכְרַתִּ֖יו מִתֹּ֣וךְ עַמִּ֑י וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה ׃ ס
Trans.	wənāṯatî fānay bā’îš hahû’ wahăśimōṯîhû lə’wōṯ wəliməšālîm wəhiḵəratîw mitwōḵə ‘ammî wîḏ^a‘ətem kî-’ănî JHWH:

AC	ח ונתתי פני באיש ההוא והשמתיהו לאות ולמשלים והכרתיו מתוך עמי וידעתם כי אני יהוה {ס}
ASV	and I will set my face against that man, and will make him an astonishment, for a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people; and ye shall know that I am Jehovah.
BE	And my face will be turned against that man, and I will make him a sign and a common saying, cutting him off from among my people; and you will be certain that I am the Lord.
Darby	and I will set my face against that man, and will make him desolate, [so that he shall be] for a sign and for proverbs, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people: and ye shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
ELB05	Und ich werde mein Angesicht wider selbigen Mann richten, und werde ihn zu einem Denkzeichen und zu Sprichwörtern machen; und ich werde ihn ausrotten aus der Mitte meines Volkes. Und ihr werdet wissen, daß ich Jehova bin. -
LSG	Je tournerai ma face contre cet homme, je ferai de lui un signe et un sujet de sarcasme, et je l'exterminerai du milieu de mon peuple. Et vous saurez que je suis l'Eternel.
Sch	Und ich will mein Angesicht wider diesen Mann setzen und ihn verderben, daß er zum Zeichen und Sprichwort werde, und will ihn mitten aus meinem Volk ausrotten; und so sollt ihr erfahren, daß ich der HERR bin!
Web	And I will set my face against that man, and will make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
